Look for Berkshire Bark chocolate, it's incredible!! They have a lot of different types of chocolate (including white) with fruit and nuts in it!. I think you can even order it online!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Nonsense!.!.!.why pay for it when you can make it yourself!? And it's so easy!
Place a glass or metal bowl over a pot of water on the stove and bring the water to a gentle simmer!. Pour into the bowl some white chocolate chips from the supermarket and with a rubber or silicone spatula stir the chips gently until they melt!.
Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper and pour the melted chocolate onto the waxed paper either in small cookie sized puddles or as one large piece!. While the white chocolate is still hot, sprinkle on your favourite dried fruits and nuts (salted or unsalted, it's up to you)!. The fruit and nuts will stick to the chocolate
Let the chocolate cool on the counter or in the refrigerator for up to an hour!. If you've done it in cookie sized pieces, remove them from the waxed paper with a spatula and if you've done it as one large piece, which is called bark, peel the waxed paper from the bottom of the chocolate and break into pieces!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
