Answers:
No, popcorn is a grain!. However it is still very healthy; one serving of popcorn counts as three serving of whole grains! At many super markets you can buy plain popcorn kernels and pop them in a popper or brown paper bag!. Happy popping :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think so!. But air pop it and dont put all that salt and butter one it!. Another awesome alternative is to get a package of Edamame in the shells, lay on a cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt!. Roast or bake for 15 or so mins, and snack on that instead of popcorn!. Is awesome!. The little beans inside pop into your mouth and you taste the salt!.!.!.!.discard the outside!. Try it, I like it better than popcorn!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Plain popcorn isn't bad for you it's the salt, cheese, butter, and all the other crap that comes on it!. You can buy popcorn kernels at the store and a popcorn popper and make plain popcorn and its not bad for you at all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
