Is it true that chocolates are not fattening?!

dark chocolate in moderation is not that bad for you because it contains flavinoids that are a good source of antioxidants!. the key is only in moderation because they are high in calories!. milk chocolates are terrible for you because they contain little or no coco and are very high in fat!. it is true that if you eat too much you will get fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They are fattening but they aren't!.The darker the chocolate the less fattening it is!.Some of the cheaper milk chocolates can be quite fattening!.I buy dark chocolate all the time as it is a good hangover cure! :P But if you eat too much of it then you can get pimples and nobody likes those!Chocolate is always tasty as well!.Hope this helped!Www@FoodAQ@Com

And no, it's not true!. The only way chocolate might not be fattening is if it's straight coco powder mixed with water, no sugar to sweeten it, and maybe a dash of red pepper to give it a kick (btw, that's how the Aztec's drank it)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I eat healthy, and go to the gym 3-4 times a week, and I'm 6'2" and weigh 157lbs, my best friend eats junk food and does very little excercise and he is 6'1" and weighs 264lbs!.!.!.!.you tell me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
