Question: Why does Tin Foil Keep My Sandwiches Fresher!.!.!.!?
Foil Wrapped sarnies taste fresher and softer than if I use cling film or sandwich bags!?

I make them to night before and pop them in the fridge!.

gee!. i'm not entirely sure you can still get tin foil, maybe more like aluminum foil, but the wrapping allows breathing to occur where as plastic does not!. tin/aluminum foil is a more natural way to secure freshness while plastic, although made from natural elements, seals in and causes internal sogginess!. kinda' like baking in your own juices, sandwich-style!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
