What Classifies as junk food?!
my doctor told me to go 6 weeks with out junk food, just want to know wat counts as junk food! best answer is most foods covered!

-Orange Juice
-Vegimite Sandwich
-porage
-Doritos
-Roast (eg Patatoes, Meat, ect)
-Meat
-Chicken
-Milo
-Milk
-Ice (ya no the cubes)

I don't get it!. Is my list supposed to be longer than yours!? Because you have things on your list that aren't junk!.
Meat, chicken, milk, orange juice are not junk food!. Porage (Oatmeal) is high in fiber and can lower cholesterol!.
Ice, is water, and you are supposed to have 8 glasses a day!.
Spagetti without meat is high carb/low fat and is eaten by runners for energy before a marathon!.
Pizza is the four basic food groups (grains,veggies, meats and dairy)
If the food comes in a plastic bag (like the doritos, and BBQ shapes) it might be junk, but most of the things on your list are real foods to be eaten while on a resonable diet!. Even the pies!.
Funny thing, nowhere did you list chocolate as junk!. And what on God's green earth is vegimite!? Is it anything like Peanut Butter!? If it is, then it's good for you too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't understand your list as weetibix, orange juice (just watch the sugar), porridge, roast (just have boiled or mashed potatoes, and cut the fat off the meat), meat, chicken, milk and spaghetti/pasta are not junk!.
Junk is things like cakes, sweets, biscuits, fast food, chips (although oven chips are low in fat) and things like that!.
Maybe you need to go back to your doctor and ask him for advice on what to eat and what not to eat as you seem to be unsure as you seem to think almost everything is junk and you are cutting out important things such as calcium and protein!.
