Answers:
Stevie is right about the aflotoxin!. But you need more information!. The amount of aflotoxin in peanut butter is very small to nonexistent!. It comes about because sometimes peanuts get moldy!. Processors make every effort to remove the moldy peanuts but sometimes they get through!. Your professor should be hung by the thumbs for making it sound so ominous!. It's not!. The level is so small that it is not important!.

Here's a shocker to everyone!. Our food is not sterile and sometimes there are things in it that are not particularly good for us!. In some ways this is even more true for organic foods and most certainly for raw foods!. Processed food usually has high sodium and often high fat!. So take you choice!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

The researchers note studies linking nuts such as peanuts to beneficial effects on the heart, possibly by replacing harmful lipids with unsaturated lipids, and supplying healthful micronutrients like vitamin E to the blood!. Data compiled by the U!.S!. Department of Agriculture rank peanut butter among the top ten sources of vitamin E intake in the American diet!.

MAINTAINING A HEALTHY LIVER:

Get enough protein!. Protein provides building blocks for new cells, tissue repair and the immune system!.

Try to get 2–3 servings of lower-fat meats (such as lean beef, fish or chicken) and alternatives (such as peanut butter and tofu), and 2–3 servings of lower-fat dairy products or soy milk each day!.

In very advanced liver disease, protein intake may be modified or restricted because of a condition called encephalopathy (brain fog)!.

However, do not cut protein unless absolutely necessary, and never do it without your liver doctor’s advice!. also consult with a dietitian!.
