What is a good healthy lunch that I can take to school I have access to a microwave?!
I want a healthy lunch to take to school!. Um I don't want any turkey sandwiches or anything like that they gross me out!. I don't want it to have to much meat!. I also want it to get me full!. I have a microwave in school so I can heat it up !. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stir fried vegetables
Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 lb chicken breast, cut in strips (marinate in soy sauce and garlic for great flavor)
2 cups cauliflower, cut to florets
2 cups broccoli, cut to florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 cup celery, sliced (2 stalks) (optional)
1 (15 ounce) can baby corn
salt (to taste)
soy sauce (optional)
Sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon cornstarch (just use enough to thicken slightly)
Directions
1Saute onions in oil!.
2Add chicken and stir fry until browned!. If not marinated, season with soy sauce and garlic!.
3Add vegetables except for baby corn and salt!. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes!.
4Add baby corn and soy sauce to taste, if desired!.
5Pour sauce over, stir till all vegetables are coated!. If more sauce is needed, just double the recipe!. I haven't made this in ages, so you might need more!. I can't remember!.
6Sauce: stir all ingredients for sauce together until slightly thickened!.
Let your mom to cook that for you and just reheat that in your microwave in school, bring boiled rice also!. And don't forget a fresh fruits for your dessert, banana or appleWww@FoodAQ@Com

take salads if at all u dnt lyk sandwiches!.!.there's no point taking something messy or oily!.!.coz it's gonna be gross if it falls!.!.either on u or on the floor!.!.lolzz!.!.fruits!.!.can b a gud option 2!.!.but obviously microwave has no role to play in it!.!.if u'r a foodie!.!.then yeh prepare something before hand n just heat it up!.!.but if u wanna go on a healthy trail!.fruits n salads r in!!
