i know salt is bad for you, but how is pepper, i eat alot of it, is it just as bad as salt, explain please and thankyouWww@FoodAQ@Com

no not at al!. Most salt is not bad either, just the iodozed kind!. Sea salt is ok!. but all in moderation!. Salt is a preservitive, pepper is a spice!. It is not unhealthy in the least!. It comes from the plant or bush of peppercorns!. There are green ones, red ones, pink ones, and of course the ones we are used to seeing black ones!. They grind them up and thats what you see in the store!. Pepper is a spice like, cinnimon or paprika and does nothing bad to you at all only good!. I love all types of pepper and it makes food taste so much better!. Red pepper, cyanne pepper, white pepper, black pepper, sweet pepper, red pepper flakes, yummmy to pepper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
too much salt is bad for you, particularly if you have high blood pressure, it can make the blood pressure higher!. Salt in maderation is fine!. Pepper can irritate a stomach if you already have stomach issues but generally no problem with pepper!. think about all those Mexican, and Oriental and Indian dishes that are hot, and how many cultures foods thrive on pepper in all its forms!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Actually salt isn't bad for you, salt is not only good for you, it contains vital nutrients!. your body needs sodium for digestion and the chloride goes into creating the hydrochloric acid in your stomach to break down food!.
