Why are all the nutrients in produce on the peel?!

Not ALL produce!. For example, oranges, bananas and melons don't have the nutrients in the peel!. You're thinking of vegetables (potatoes, zucchini, cucumbers)!. The darker the color of a vegetable, the more nutrients it has; generally, the skin is darker than the inside!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
