Is it still safe to eat?!
My father recently bought Kirkland brand (ready to eat) chicken breast strips from Costco, but he accidentally placed it in the freezer rather than the refrigerator for two days!. I am concerned about it still being safe to eat if I place it back into the refrigerator to thaw and later eat!. The expiration date is October 6 and it is still unopened!. Any advice would be great!. Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Perfectly safe! Just make sure that you thaw any meat in the fridge!. The only time you should be worried with meat, is if it has thawed and you want to refreeze it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes its totally safe!. My mom always buys meats and then freezes them for later use (much longer than 2 days)!. All you have to do is thaw it in the refrigerator and you should be good!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes, they're perfectly fine!. Meats can be frozen for months before they are eaten, and still be safe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It should be perfectly fine, as long as you didn't thaw it on the counter! freezing will not hurt it at all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It should be fine!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
