You forgot MOLASSES based, like they do in the South!. The South usually prefers sweet BBQ sauce!. Texans usually like it spicier!. I use ketchup AND vinegar; and several different chili powders, and smoked paprika !.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i use a combo of all three when i make mine, but sometimes it depends on what you are putting it on
