Is it unhealthy to eat an egg every morning with a slice of buttered toast?!
That's what I eat for breakfast almost everyday!. A friend of mine said that eating an egg evryday is unhealthy and that you should eat no more than three eggs a week!. Is this true!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

no its not unhealthy ! i eat eggs ! and i love them-
hard boiled eggs are better adn dont eat the yolk!

just a lil bit of water like 2 tablespoons-
no calories and its healthy-
try it-
its works - and u dont have to eat the yolk !
just the white things ok-
i use the white eggs 70 calories -
and dont eat it everyday i mean-
maybe once or twice a week-

If you have high cholesterol (or if it runs in your family), then you need to limit your eggs (AND butter)!. If you're young and the correct weight, with no health problems, you'll be fine:) But, don't forget to have some fruit or juice with breakfast tooWww@FoodAQ@Com

No!. That is false!. One egg and a piece of toast daily will help you lose weight - if you need to - and the egg provides protein that will help your maintain your mucsles!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
