Is SunnyD healthier than 2% Milk?!
My father (he's an odd one), told me that Sunny Delight was better for me than milk, as he claims that milk is "very fattening!." He also told me that it would be better for me to drink Dr!. Pepper, too!. I disagree with him on both counts!.

I don't know if Sunny D is fattening, but I think it's pretty sugary!. It only has like 5% juice!. I was kinda disappointed when I realized that, cuz it's sooo good!. 2% milk isn't bad in moderation!. You could try drinking 1% if you want less fat!.
