Answers:
Honestly, It would be best to just go to bed and ignore the feeling!.
Drink a glass of water, sometimes you're not hungry at all - just dehydrated!

But if you still want a snack, try:
-Celery! The best thing for you!.
-An apple
-A small bowl of cereal, nothing sugary!.
-A handful of almonds
-Grapes or really any fruit

Hope that helped! Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should eat any type of fruit that has fibres cuz fibres help fat burning process!. and sleeping time is the the most time where your body either burns fat or stores fat!. so the ultimate solution for you is to eat fibres to feed your hunger and to burn fats at the same time!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
