Question: What is the refrigerator life for an open jar of jam!?
It's a big jar of strawberry jam (already opened) that's been in the fridge for at least 6 months!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

normally I'd say that since it's almost a pure sugar environment, it's probably still good!. But 6 months is a long time and I wouldn't risk getting sick over a 5 dollar jar of jam!. But I'd bet it's still edible!. Better safe than sorry though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
