How do you remove the salt from the bacon?!

Buy more expensive bacon!.
Most bacon weighs, say, 15lbs, but during the curing process its injected with a salt water solution, which adds a further 5lbs to it's overal weight!.
This means, when you cook it, you get that salty white fatty water come out!.
This doesn't happen if you buy pricier bacon or even bacon labelled "Dry Cure"!.

You have to soak it for 24 hours in water, and change the water about every 4 hours!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
