Has my quinoa bread gone bad?!

Question: Has my quinoa bread gone bad!?
I bought a loaf of Trader Joe's Quinoa Bread some time ago, but I've kept it in the fridge!. It's my first time having the bread so I'm not sure if it's going bad!.!.!.there's white powdery stuff that seems to be growing!. I can't remember if it was there before or not!. It smells a bit sour too!. If in doubt, throw it out right!? But if anyone knows, I'd also like to hear your thoughts on whether it is still safe to eat or not and what the life of bread is when it is refrigerated!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it's growing something on it or it smells sour, I sure would not eat it! A lot of TJ's products are organic or don't have preservatives so they are not going to last as long as other commercially processed breads!.

You should be able to put it in the freezer and pull it out as you need it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
