My friend thinks I eat too much?!
Ok so, maybe I do eat a lot!. But it's because I'm barely underweight for my height!. I'm always between 106-109 pounds, 5' 4!.5"!. So she spent the night one day and we went into the kitchen to make frappuccinos :D haha yumm!.
But as we were making it all i had that day was scrambeled eggs, sasuage, hashbrowns, then lunch i had a hot pocket!. then for dinner i had a taco!. after that i had cereal, a fruit bar, a peach, and a bowl of oatmeal!.
what should i do!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your friend is wrong!. You are eating the right amount for your body!. When someone says stuff like that to you it is usually because they wish they could eat as much as you and stay as slim as you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
if anything, you don't eat enough!.!.!.!.!.
join sparkpeople!.com and keep track of what you are eating!. You amy find that you are only eating less than 1200 calories a day, and someone your height needs to be about 5 - 10 pounds heavier so you look heathy!. You need about 1800 calories - 2200 calories a day if your are active in your daily routine!. by that I mean in school climbing steps, in sports, etc!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

uhh your taller than me and weigh way less than me!.!.!.seems like your fine!.!. but if you feel like you "eat too much"!.!.!.try to only eat when your ACTUALLY hungry instead of just being bored or just feel empty!.!.the empty feeling is better than bloated or full!. Because when you eat too much and get bloated you stretch your stomach so if your an over eater and continue to do so!.!.!.you'll get !.!.bigger!.!.unless you have a very high metabolism!. But if your healthy weight!.!.and you have been eating this way for a while and haven't gained!.!.i wouldn't worry at all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I really don't think you can eat too much without vomiting or feeling sick!. If your in a healthy weight range then your doing fine and its not just eating that changes that; if u eat more, exercise more, if its necessary!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
if you feel like you need that food, go for it and eat it!. you're probably developing and need lots of nutrients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
they just hating becus you stay slim when theyd be a pig on your dietWww@FoodAQ@Com
