Question: Does 100% fruit juice made from juice concentrate have sugar!?
if the ingredients are

APPLE JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE (WATER, APPLE JUICE CONCENTRATE), BANANA PUREE, ASCORBIC ACID (VITAMIN C), CITRIC ACID

theres 14g of sugar in it, but theres no added sugar in the ingredients, does that mean the concentrate has added sugar or is it all natural from the fruit!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it doesn't specifically list sugar or any other ingredients with -ose at the end, then there is no added sugar and all sugars are naturally occurring from the fruit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All fruits and vegetables have natural sugars!.
The label will list the average sugar content per serving!.
If the label states that no sugar is added,then it is the natural sugar that is in the juice or juice blend!.
Some juices sold have some vitamins (like C) added for nutritional support!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's called fructose, one of three types of sugars!. Look it up!.
