um!.!.!.!.!. well seems the answer is obvious!.!.!. pork chops are made when a pig is born, fattened over a year or more then taken to a slaughter house!. Once it is at the slaughter house it is "humainly" killed by getting a shot gun blast to the head!. After they do that then they hang it up by its feet and cut it open!. they remove all the entrails, and the cutting starts!. The chops are from the loin or back of the pig!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
