Sugar and water mixture?!


Question: Sugar and water mixture!?
if you were to mix sugar and water together, and have the water evaporate, would you stil have sugar left over or would that evaporate as well!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Acute, are you serious!? I may sound like a moron saying this, but I would have thought the sugar would have left a white residue in the container (sugar, of coarse) once the water would have evaporated!?
