Question: Is there Blood inside of medium rare or rare steak and other meats!?
Answers:
There is blood inside all meat - The more you cook it, the less there will be!.!.!.but yes, there is blood in meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its possible to remove the blood from the meat before cooking it!. The bible requires that the blood be drained from the animal before it is cooked and this is the way that kosher meats are prepared!. Unless you are buying kosher meat the blood has not been thoroughly removed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I once read that they drain the blood out!. There might be trace amounts, but the red liquid you see is really myoglobin, which comes from the muscle rather than the veins!. Doesn't look much different to me!.!.!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
