Answers:
eating ONE bread pocket daily will not add weight! bread is a complex carbohydrate that your body converts to sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It won't hurt, but it won't help very much either!. Bulking up, needs fuel and exercise!. If you must gain weight, choose to build muscle!. That requires protein, eggs meat and fish!.

I am assuming that you weigh under 100 pounds!? And don't eat very often!?

A regular diet (but with smaller portions, to suit your smaller stature) of 4 meals a day should help!.
Don't worry, these are not big meals!.
Have a light breakfast of toast, an egg, some orange juice and a strip of bacon!.
For early lunch (elevensies) a protein shake made with real ice cream!.
For late lunch, High Tea!.
A reasonable dinner with meat and veggies with a starch at around 7:pm should end your day!.

I know, it sounds like you'll be eating all day, but with exercising every day to help build muscle, you will need the extra building materials to make the muscles with!. You can substitue another protein shake for the late lunch if your schedule is running behind!.
For exercise I recommend brisk walking!. The legs comtain the largest muscles in the body, and building them up won't be as noticeable on your figure!. Remember not to walk too much, you don't want to exercise more calories off than you are trying to put on!
Remember just because you weigh more, doesn't mean you are getting fat!.
And 20 kgs sounds like so much, but it is only 4 pounds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah sure!.
