Brown sugar is okay and will give brownies a rounder flavour!. It is also okay to top up the caster sugar with granulated, the brownies will be slightly crunhchier that's all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Soft light or dark brown sugar is great in Brownies - it gives them a lovely rich toffee like flavour, Or, simply use ordinary granulated sugar - it doesn't have to be casterWww@FoodAQ@Com
