Answers:
There is nothing wrong with the meat if it is a fresh kill!. The important
thing is to remove the skin, entails, and damaged meat!. The remaining meat should be refrigerated as soon as possible!. You, not being a butcher may not know exactly how to make the cuts!. If you can find a meat cutter to do the job!. Ok!. But it will cost you $$$ and he will only return chops, roasts, and ground meat!.You will soon get tired of eating the same thing over and over again!.

Let me suggest this, You most likely know someone who is a Deer hunter and can assist you to dissect the meat and get it into the refrigerator!. Now you will have time to decide how you want to process
the meat!.

If you like delicious beef jerky, you will love mouth-watering jerky made from Deer meat!.You can make salami, ring bologna, summer sausage,
Italian sausage, brats, hot dogs, etc, you and your hunter friend might want to check the site, how to make tasty meats!.com, for more ideas!.

it depends on the kill!.!.!.!. interenal bleeding would make a mess-- if you take it back soon enough so meat still good it will be fine!.!.!. I grew up with tonns of hunting-- fav thing for guys to do was road hunt with guns and/or big trucks!

Ya dont waste it if possible, I dont think it is legal but oh well just be careful!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Hey that is alot of good meat !!! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

It all depends on how the deer bleed!. If its very warm out I would just bury the deer, especially when killing the deer with a car!. YOu have to be carefull, if the blood gets to the meat it will be ruined!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is better to bury that instead of taking it as food as it is un healthyWww@FoodAQ@Com
