Do what the Germans do!. Make schnitzel!.
Take the thin sliced pork cutlets and wash them and set aside!. Mix two eggs, some milk, and salt and pepper in a bowl!. In another bowl put Italian style bread crumbs!. Dip the pork in the egg and then the crumbs and set aside!. Cook in large skillet with olive oil until lightly brown on each side!. Place in baking dish and throw in 300 degree oven to warm through!. Serve with some mashed potatoes and cucumber salad!.
Grate 2 peeled cucumbers into bowl and about 1/3 cup fresh grated white onion!. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and let sit!. In about five minutes drain off the excess water!. Add 1/2 cup or so of sour cream and more salt and pepper to taste!! I made this last night and there was nothing left on anyone's plate!.

it finally let me in to answer your question, dont know why it wasn't working for so long,
When I have unlimmited funds, and plenty of time, I am a master of cooking baby back ribs!. I have a fantastic way of doing it that makes them turn out soft and tender and juicy, it's amazing!.
Than you serve that with fries, or mashed potatos, with some coleslaw, and scones for desert!.
