Question: Flavored milk with a cartoon surfer character!.!.!.!?

Anyone know the name of the flavored milk product that had a cartoon surfer as the character on the pack!? We're talking 8 years ago!.!.!.
they made vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and I believe a banana flavor!.
