Question: What is it called in England when you have vanilla ice cream with a Cadbury Flake in it!?
I know you can get it at an ice cream stand, but its been a while since I lived in England!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Madnob is right in that it's called a 99!. It rather cunningly also used to cost 99p, but when I last had one it cost me £1!.20!. That's inflation for you!

Ps!. How can you be a frequent traveler to these shores when you haven't been since 1984 and clearly have no idea what crisps are!?! Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think these are called crisps, when I was last there in 1984, the English were not much on ice cream!. I do remember places in Brighton ( a seaside resort town) serving clotted creams and crisps!.

I would be interested in knowing if the ice cream stand served it in a cup,or as a frozen confection in a cone, or wrapped up and prepackaged!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
