Can I premake smooties and freeze or refrigerate?!
I know they're super easy to make and dont take much time!. But I live with my in-laws and I get up and leave for work and they are still sleeping!. I want to start my day off healthy with a smootie but I dont think anybody would appreciate the blender whirling at 6am!. Can i make it the night before and refrigerate!? If not, any suggestions!? Thanks! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sure you can- Just dont add bananas to it!. They tend to get a little ickky!.
I have both refrigerated and frozen mine and they've turned out fine!. They're usually just mango puree + OJ + pinapple juice!. I've never had a separation issue but again it could be because of the difference in fruit density!? (like bananas and apple juice will probably separate)
If you want bananas you can preserve them a bit longer by adding a bit of lemon juice and/or sugar!. Both are preservatives!. Freezing overnight would probably work too!.
