What food should I eat after my test?!
I just finished a math test and I have another test to study for tomorrow in psychology!. My brain is zapped from the first test and I still need to study some more for my psychology test!. What food should I eat that would quickly restore my brain power functioning!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

You don't need to over think what you want to eat!.
Eat something that you like so you can unwind and relax!.
It's more effective to study and take a test when you're relaxed!.

I think you should take some vitamins (my mom swears by B-12) and eat the regularly- suggested foods!. Either way, sleep is really what you need, and for good reason!. When one brain cell fires, it is kinda out of commision for awhile!. One of the main reasons for sleep is to reset used brain cells!.!.!. I think!. I'm no biologist!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
eat a healthy meal, preferably with most of the food groups!. then snack on hard candies while you're studying, like mints, or werthers!. studies have proven that when you're tongue is touching the roof of you mouth, your brain is functioning at its best, whereas when it's just resting at the bottom of your mouth!.!.!.your brain and body are relaxed!. i used to think it was just an exuse for my teacher to give us candy, until i researched it myself! good luck!

apples and beans and a cookie/cupcake (or anything sweet!) apples help with dehydration!. and beans have protein so they will help you take in what you learn and help you remember!. and anything fattening like sweets for calories they will help you stay awake and will give your body fuel!. =)Www@FoodAQ@Com
