It all depends on what you use to marinate you chicken in!. For instance!. if you use a fat free say italian or any type of dressing like maybe raspberry vinagarette- NO!. Or A rub is basically a marinade without the liquid!. Rub it and let it set!.!.!.then bbq I am sure u know what I mean!. also if u r trying to take out calories!.remove the skin!.!.add a rub or marinate or a fat free type and you wont miss it!

Yes, marinades do add calories!. How much depends on what you marinade with!. Dry rubs, maybe!. It depends on what is in the rub!. Remember, just because something says it is fat free does not mean it is calorie free!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are using high calorie ingredients for the marinade you will have to add some of the calories to the meal!.
