Why is it healthier to cook your own food than to eat out?!

Question: Why is it healthier to cook your own food than to eat out!?
Answers:
One of the worst things you can eat is something cooked in oil that has been heated for hours or reheated countless times, the oil will cause free radical damage to your body!. If you fry something at home, you can use the oil once and throw it away!. I've never heard of a restaurant doing that, they are profit-oriented!. You can control the amount of salt, sugar and other ingredients!. Sometimes restaurants will recycle food by altering it and making it into another dish!.!.!.for example, take leftover bread and making bread pudding or bread crumbs, leftover vegetables and meats and make meatloaf, use old chicken for a casserole or salad!. If raw chicken is getting old in the refrigerator, they can soak it in bleach water to kill the germs and help mask the flavor, or soak beef in a vinegar solution!. Moldy cheese can be melted on burritos or other foods, you may not notice until you have stomach cramps a while later!. I avoid eating in restaurants these days, and it only takes one food-poisoning incident for me to never go back to a restaurant again!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

By cooking your own food, you know whats going into it!. Theres probably a whole less fat, sugar, salt and calories in the food cooked at home!. If you're allergic to anything, you may also be at risk of having an allergic reaction!. Its also better for your wallet =SWww@FoodAQ@Com

it's more hygienic when you cook at home - that is, if you are hygienic and clean, as you don't know if those who prepare food in restaurants wash their hads or care about such stuff
it can be healthier, as you don't add chemicals - if you do so of courseWww@FoodAQ@Com

Because you have control over what goes in the food!. You have the opportunity to make it with fresh preservative free ingredients!. While at a restaurant it's usually loaded with preservatives and artificial colors and flavors!.!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

yea i think people are wrong about that!. i mean restaurant food and home food has no difference!. they are both made by people who care about what you eat!.
i mean think about it!. i can easily make a burger at home more unhealty than mcdonald's!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Because for the most part you are in change of what you are putting in your food and not someone else!. You kn ow how much butter you put in and things like that!. Unless you order salads and that is all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When eating at home and cooking your own meals, you are able to see what you are putting into your food!.

When eating out, chefs or even cooks will add many different ingredients full of fats, salt or sugar!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

becuase you know exactly what is in it! Usually the food that tastes the best is filled with oils, salts sugars etc etc (which is why sometimes take out tastes alot better)Www@FoodAQ@Com

because you can control what goes into your own food and restaurants tend to use a lot of salt, oil & butter - cos it tastes GOOD!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
