Is this breaking the law? (UK)?!

Question: Is this breaking the law!? (UK)!?
I work in a bar at a University and i have noticed that they are selling post-mix that is out of date!. There is Coke, Diet Coke and Lemonade that is out of date - it went out of date around the end of July 2008!.
They are selling the stuff still at full price!. Does this break any UK laws!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Like everyone else has said it is totally illegal!.
I'd suggest maybe telling someone you trust in the university to do a surprise inspection on them!.
If you don't and the Health Inspector shows up one day, you will probably lose your job and the pub could be closed down!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It doesnt matter what price they sell it at it is still breaking the law!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes that is illegal!. Tell them about it before the environmental health inspectors come round! Www@FoodAQ@Com
