Eating expired yeast won't hurt you at all!.

How did the bread come out!? Did it rise at all; is it like a big brick or a tortilla!? You could toast some to see how it tastes or you could cut it horizontally and make a big flat sandwich!. Alternatively, you could crumble it up, feed it to the birds and make a note to buy new yeast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I personally wouldn't use it because your bread won't rise!. I have used expired yeast that still is foamy, it's ok to use!. I keep mine in the fridge or freezer to keep it long past it's date!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I say go for it!. What's the worst that could happen!? I know!. Food poisoning, but what doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger!.!.!.!.or maybe a little nauseous!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i wouldnt chance itWww@FoodAQ@Com
