omg it's so good!!! i like pretty much any kind that doesn't smell too much like feet, haha!. some of my faves are provolone, muenster, monterey jack, cheddar, mozzarella (esp fried!), parmesan, ricotta in italian recipes, & cream cheese if that counts!. (there are other kinds i've had & liked, but i don't know the names!.) i love cheese, i get cranky if i don't eat some every day! ;-)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Oh my goodness!. I love it!. Melted mostly preferred and raw!. It is so heavenly and gooey!. It is just delicious
