If you eat healthier tv dinners, like Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice or Weight Watchers, then it isn't that bad!. But the cheaper Swanson or Banquet dinners are loaded with sodium, fat & preservatives!. also, some of them don't even contain a vegetable (corn doesn't count as a vegetable)!.!.!.!.!.!. You can buy cheap Totino's pizzas for $1 and add more sliced green peppers or fresh tomatoes on top!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's incredibly unhealthy - little nutrition, no fiber, too much sodium and additives !.!.!. they don't fill you up so you tend to eat junk on top of them!.

I know someone who ate Lean Cuisine TV dinners for a month while their stove was being fixed and they looked like hell by the end of it - bloated with terrible skin and constipated like you wouldn't believe!.

Cheap easy meals are simple stir-fries with rice or noodles, pasta dishes, grilled meat with salads, baked potatoes with stuffings, kebabs, wraps, home made pizzas on pita bread base, basic casseroles, home made fish cakes, that kind of thing!.

Just steer clear of processed food, it's nasty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

keep that up in a few years you'll have hypertension, cholesterol issues!.!. low mineral counts in your blood and be a candidate for coronary disease!.

and it's not CHEAP, those dinners are horacious in price!.!.!. and then when your body shuts down from the lack of minerals!.!. there goes the insurance costs with hospital visits and maintainence medications!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love chicken breast and veg!.Buy chicken in bulk put some in freezer along with regular frozen veggies!.!.When chicken is thawed out cook it on the stove in a pan with a small amount of olive oil!.Season with salt n pepper!.!.you will surprise the hell out of yourself!.It is not hard!.Frozen veg!.!.put em in a pan of water heat on low!.!.Done deal!.!.You will never eat the same again!.!.And it's very healthy!.!.You will be proud of yourselfWww@FoodAQ@Com

Frozen meals contain high amounts of sodium!. Probably not a good idea to eat them all of the time!. I make a lot of steamed veggies & grilled chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
