The reason why you probably cannot control your blood sugar is for a combination of reasons!. First off, you need to start an exercise program which includes 30 to 60 minutes of cardiovascular exercise a day along with strength training 2 to 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time!.
Secondly, you need to focus your attention on your diet, which is seems like you are trying to do!. The foods you need to consume in order to low your blood sugar to a healthy range are vegetables (unstarchy ones, which means no potatoes, peas, corn, yams) and lean proteins like fish, turkey, chicken, bison, elk, lean beef, eggs & some beans(in small doses)!. You also need to be incorporating healthy fats into your everyday lifestyle which includes flaxseeds, olives & olive oil, avocados, macadamia nut oil, almonds, walnuts & fish!.!.!. And did you know a lot of herbs are spices, specifically Cinnamon can do wonders for your blood-sugar: a way to incorporate it would be by mixing it in your morning cup of coffee (that is sweetened with stevia, not sugar) or mix it in some egg whites (trust me it is actually good! ha ha!)
Well good luck with everything! Www@FoodAQ@Com

A diabetic should avoid a diet too rich in sodium, sugar and especially starches because they turn into sugar and if the pancreas cannot produce enough insulin your in trouble!. But diabetics should have well balanced meals because lack of dietary needs also causes a diabetic to be hypoglycemic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
