Answers:
If you're talking about the food act in the UK, it basically means that you have to be registered with the government to sell and serve foods (US has business licenses and food handlers permits) and that if you are serving food, you must acknowledge that you are aware the food is safe to eat!. If you know the food is not safe to eat and you serve it to someone you can be responsible for any actions that it may have caused (i!.e!. if you know you served spoiled food that could cause illness, you could be responsible for that person's medical bills!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com
