Do I eat too much? ?!


Question: Do I eat too much!? !?
I feel like I eat a ton!. Like now, I just got home from school, adn I feel like I could eat a whole dinner!. I usually can't find anything fast to fill me up, so I wait till dinner!. Or like when I was at my friend's, I ate 4 pieces of pizza and she only at 2!. At parties, my friends usually only eat 1 slice of pizza and I'm left feeling like a hungry pig!. One of my friend's complain that her bf eats so much, "like 5 slices of pizza at a time!" Do I eat like a guy!? What can I make after school to fill me up!?

ps!. I'm really skinny!. Half the time my friends are calling me ano, adn the other half they are telling me I eat too much!. i'm 12 and weigh 94 pounds!. I'm 5'3Www@FoodAQ@Com

Though I'm a guy, i went through the same sort of phase when i was growing up!. I found eating lots of high-fiber and high-protein foods kept me full (so i didn't have to keep going back to the fridge for more, and didn't have to pack 5 lbs of food for lunch)!. Eventually my appetite returned to normal and i put on good, healthy weight!.
So no, you don't eat too much, everyones metabolism is different, and at your age, they can vary greatly (even between similarly sized people)!.
Baked potato = awesome idea!.
Try cottage cheese, its got a lot of lean protein!. I also found tuna/cottage cheese salad sandwiches to be a great filler!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

no your not eating too much!. if you feel hungry then why shouldn't you eat!? especially as you are skinny!. your friends are probably just jealous because you are ksinnier than all of them but can eat 10 times as much if you want to!. as long as you dont ea too much fatty foods like loads of fast foods or loads of sweet foods whenever you are hungry theres no reason why you shouldn't eat! =]Www@FoodAQ@Com

You have a fast metabolism and you need to eat!. Eat girl, eat! Let them be jealous and eat!.

As long as you arent eating bad for you foods, eat! Don't eat overly fatty foods or that will become unhealthy!.

Try having some oatmeal with brown sugar and cinnamon and milk on it after school -- with a banana and crackers with Peanut Butter on them!.


If you start to put on lbs!. when you get older, then cut down!.

You're just going through a growing spurt; don't worry about it!. In a few months, you may have no appetite at all:) !.!.!.!. The best thing to fill you up is a baked potato!.
