like some other people said, you want to get some protein & a bit of fat in there with the carbs - if you don't have time to make something like eggs or bacon or sausage, have a peanut butter sandwich with milk & maybe a piece of fruit or some yogurt!. or sometimes i eat "non-breakfast" foods for breakfast, like turkey sandwiches or tuna melts!. why limit yourself!? ;-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

a protein based breakfast holds me til lunch!! I always have bacon or sausage and eggs with whole wheat toast!. You could add some orange juice or milk or both to that!. I have to watch the carb counts very carefully so don't have the milk or juice!.

Eating a huge load of carbohydrates such as any cereal product and milk will give anyone a huge drop by 9 or 10 and lunch is still hours away!.

Try protein for a couple of weeks and you will see a difference!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

fruit is good! i had a bunch of fruit this morning, and i was like energized! oh, and like a glass of milk!. cereal is good, but even when i have that, im falling asleep by first!. oatmeal is good too, but not substantial enough!. gotta love fruit!Www@FoodAQ@Com

option 1-eggs, toast, bacon, a glass of milk or oj!.
option 2- two pieces of toast with peanut butter!. or an english muffin instead!.
or stick to your cheerios but eat a lil!. more that has more nutrients!.
