Can anyone tell me how to prepare potato floor (ararot in HINDI) at home!? I do not want to buy it from market as I am concerned for my little one who is a celiac patient(wheat allergy)Www@FoodAQ@Com

cut the potato in thin slices and dry for 2 days!. grind and you get homemade potato flour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
SLICE THE POTATO DRY IT IN THE SUNLIGHT!.!.!. AND GRIND IT IN THE MIXE!.!.!. THIS WILL DO!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
