Does Coffee/coffee grounds have a lot of oils in them?!

Question: Does Coffee/coffee grounds have a lot of oils in them!?

The reason I ask is because I bought this generic coffee and whenever I empty my coffee pot or dump the coffee grounds out of my filter, it leaves an oily film behind!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
