What NOT to eat/drink before bed?!

According to the Mt Sinai Sleep Study Treatment Program!.!.!.it is good to have a small sandwich of lean protein on whole grain bread!. (Sometimes people can't sleep because they are hungry!)

healthy food, maybe cut up some veggies or have a salad!. Don't do carbs because you won't be working them off if you're planning on going to be bed and they might give you extra energy!. Herbal tea is good too, it has flavor and weight so it'll fill you but no calories or caffeine so you don't get hyped up plus it's a good relaxer before bed!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Don't eat apples!. They will give you nightmares!. My husbands Nanny told me this & I figured it was just an old wives tale!. Well a few months after she told me that, I ate a fruit salad w/lots of apples!. I sure did have a big old nighmare!
They say you shouldn't eat too many carbs or heavy stuff before bed because your body gets confused & has no way to work all those calories off!. IDK!? (I eat what I want when I want!. I drink Coke all day & usually go to bed w/ one!. So I am no role model!. I do LOVE that show on BBC America "You Are What You Eat"!. That chick is mean! She says to eat like Miso Soup or Lettuce Soup b4 bed they have nutrients that help u sleep!.)

Don't drink anything with a lot of caffeine, like coffee or coke, because it'll keep you up for hours and hours!. You should probably also avoid food with a lot of sugar, like candy and sweets!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
