ever hear of the juiceman - jay kordich!? if the food is fresh then yes it is alive!. if you were to put some of it on a slide and look at it under a microscope you would see living cells!. so unless it's cooked, rotten or dried out, the fresh fruit you eat is alive indeed, and very healthy to eat!. see links below!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Have you ever purchased green bananas at the store!? What do you do!? You leave them on the counter a bit and they 'ripen' and turn yellow!. If you leave them longer they turn brown and rotten!. So yes, the fruit is technically still alive as the sugars and stuff in it are still going through it's process of ripening the fruit and then dying!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
