Instead of crisps, shave thin slices of root veggies like sweet potatoes, parsnips, and carrots, spray them with olive oil and flash bake them at high temp in the oven!. You can sprinkle a little sea salt on them if you want something salty!.
Chocolate is actually good for you but limit yourself to just a small piece a day and stick to dark chocolate!.
If you're allergic to chocolate, then try carob which tastes a lot like chocolate!. You can buy ready to eat carob bars at health food stores or carob powder to make your own treats at home!.

Chocolate is a healthy food if it isn't the cheap junk loaded with fillers and refined sugar and in the right measure!. The same goes for crisps!. The closest to it's natural state is best and including fruit!.veggies fish and meat in your diet!. Don't eat a limited type of food but do a little grazing!. Everything you eat, your body has to break down and do what it has to!. Chocolates - Fruits are very sweet!. I especially suggest mangoes, strawberries, and raspberries for sweetness!.
