After eating a very large meal out, is it best to cut back on food next day or simply eat normally next day?!
i DO NOT WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT, i just want to maintain as i am a healthy weight just now!. i'm just curious as to what normal healthy people do after they've eaten a big meal - do they cut back the next day or do they just carry on as normal after an indulgence!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Be mindful of what you eat the next day!. In other words, you don't need to go overboard cutting down to 800 calories the next day but perhaps skip dessert the next day :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
I just go back to eating normally the next day!. If I don't eat out every day
I won't gain weight!. I think it's natural to build in "every once in a while" indulgences for birthdays, holidays, etc!. So, I think going back to your normal regimen is fine!. :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's a personal preference but I try to be a little more active around then!. Maintaining your weight is not just about how many calories you take in, but rather its the ratio of the calories you take in to the ones you burn off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
