Could somebody please post an easy, simple, healthy meal plan for me?!


Question: Could somebody please post an easy, simple, healthy meal plan for me!?
I am a 16 year old girl looking to lose just a few kilgorams if possible!. My main target is my legs and bum so if the meal plan has not much fats or carbs that would be great!

Ok, this is how I lost weight and lowered my cholesterol at the same time!. Basically I ate as much as I wanted, as long as I followed these rules:

1!. If the food is in a can, package, or bag, you can't eat it!. No cans, no packaged foods, no bags!. No bread, no pasta, no tv dinners!. The exception here is Tuna!. Eat as much canned albacore tuna as you like, just make sure it is packed in water and not oil!.

2!. If it comes from an animal, you can't eat it!. No dairy, steaks, eggs, chicken, pork, and etc!. The exception here is fish!. Eat as much fish as you like!.

3!. Eat 6 times a day or more!. Heaviest in the morning and lightest at night!.

4!. drink 8 to 10 large glasses of ROOM temperature water per day!.

5!. Stop eating 4 hours before going to bed!.

6!. Limit your intake of potatoes, rice, and carrots!.

7!. No Fast food!. Ever !!! No chips, cookies, soft drinks, etc!. Learn to love veggies!.

You find yourself living on salads and raw veggies!. Find some you really like and eat them up!. I personally love tomatoes and so I made a diet of lots and lots of tomatoes and fish mixed with broccoli, lettuce, salads, and etc!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

breakfast - yogurt with cereals
lunch - fish (it low in calories and fat)
dinner - a sallad; a mushrooms dish
