I think both are wonderful with roasted chicken, you can balance the starch with salad and other veggies too!. I just really love stuffing and mashed potatoes!. But I will always make corn, peas, green beans, or some other veggie and then a nice Cesar salad to go with it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
I prefer mashed potatoes and gravy!. Never liked stuffing!. But the rest of my family likes stuffing!.!.!.though they all prefer potatoes and gravy!. I'm hungry now!.

I like them both, or you might try serving noodles instead of the potatoes!. I hope you roast a lot of vegetables with the chicken, too, because otherwise it can be so plain!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
