That depends on how long it was since you last ate!. A few days ago, I had gone all day without eating a thing, by the time I ate something I had an enormous headache and had tremors and was dizzy!. I kept putting off eating cause I had too much to do and not enough time to cook!. Not realizing I had a quick fix in the freezer!. I cooked on of those Birds Eye complete meals!. I ate the whole thing and a few hours later I was hungry again!. The human body isn't use to going long periods without nourishment!. Another factor is your metabolism, if you have a high metabolism, it may have absorbed the food faster than usual, this can happen even when you sleep!. Most experts however discourage people from eating big meals before sleeping!. I wouldn't call what you experienced unusual!. People have all sorts of different appetites!. Now, if this is a normal routine for you, or if you go to a buffet and have seconds, thirds, and fourths on a regular basis, then I would say you have a problem!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
