What are some ''filling'' foods?!
I'm 15/f and i tend to be hungry all the time!.!.
I think about food constantly haha, and ive gained about 20lbs!. in the past year, but im still not concidered overweight; i feel terrible about the way i look!. I have no clue why i need to eat so much, like i know ''im growing'' and everything!.!.but you would be AMAZED by how much i can/do eat!. Does anyone know any types of food that isnt high in calories/carbs but that is filling!? Or that i can eat alot of!?

and help you feel more satisfied!.
Stop eating refined sugar!. Sugar causes a normal body to release
insulin!. The body releases more than it needs!. Then the body
wants more sugar to take care of the situation created by the extra
insulin!. It has been described as a roller coaster effect!.
also sugar can overstimulate the adrenal glands in the brain, which in turn stresses the thyroid, which then goes into under production and leaves the body less able to burn calories!.
Sugar also weakens the immune system!.
I lost 65 pounds in 10 months with cantaloupe as my filler and no sweets allowed!.

Food such as rice, lentils and beans are rather filling but keep off the the calories!. They often have a reputation for being bland and tasteless, but with the right sauces and spice they can turn into a delicious meal or snack, PLUS, they're quick and easy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
